Fully serviceable drum pump for 100 to 200litre (30 to 55 gal) drums from the world leading New Zealand Pump Company. Perfect for transferring oil and viscous chemicals with ease, two fingers on the handle is all it takes. The pump delivers a full 400ml per stroke and pumps on both the upstroke and downstroke. They are made from a strong and durable hygenic plastic and come with a 24 month manufacturer warranty. They can easily be dismantled, cleaned and rebuilt in minutes and the manufacturer offers a free service kit should a new gasket or valve be required. These pumps are clean and fast with
continuous flow. They can pump thick oils and those with particulate matter
(even quite large solids) without any bother. They have a spout that can be
twisted up after use to prevent any dripping and there is a lock on the handle
to prevent it form being pumped accidentally or by children.
There is a hose tail type spout so a delivery hose can be easily installed.
They can be easily used for waste and clean fluids since it only takes a
few minutes to dismantle and clean.
The pumps are made to last - the flap valves are designed to last over 5 years
with normal service and when the valve eventually does fail it takes a few
minutes to replace it with a new one (rather than replacing the whole pump).
